What if my son refuses to participate or get on the video calls?
This is incredibly common, and it is exactly why we build the Family Code Contract first. We do not ask for his permission. Instead, we use his currencies (access to the internet, smartphones, driving privileges, or outdoor trips) as structural leverage. Once he realizes that his access to the things he enjoys is directly tied to his cooperation with me, his compliance follows.
